Get ready to Thrive into Motherhood
Get to know Mary
Hi there! I’m Mary. I am a 28-year-old wife, proud mama, and someone who is deeply passionate about all things birth & breastfeeding!
My journey into this work began back when I became a mom at 23 while finishing up my bachelor’s degree. That season of life was such a challenge for me, but it also opened so many doors. It gave me an opportunity to use my science and research-based brain to deep dive into researching all things birth and lactation, and I haven’t stopped learning since.
Today, I am a DONA-trained birth and postpartum doula and a certified lactation counselor (CLC). I currently work at a local hospital on their maternity unit, providing lactation education and support to our brand new moms, and am in the process of obtaining my 1000 clinical hours to sit for my IBCLC exam.
Supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum has truly become my calling, and it’s an honor I don’t take lightly.
I believe in providing safe, supportive, and evidence-based care for all of the families in need. I cannot wait to meet you!
Birth Support
Birth doula support is continuous, personalized care during pregnancy, labor, and birth. A birth doula provides emotional reassurance, physical comfort measures, and evidence-based information to help you feel informed and empowered in your choices. During labor, this can look like hands-on comfort techniques, position changes, breathing support, advocacy, and calm guidance for both you and your partner. Birth doulas do not replace medical providers—they work alongside your care team to support your preferences and help create a birth experience where you feel heard, supported, and safe.
Services
Postpartum Support
Postpartum doula support is hands-on, compassionate care for you and your family during the weeks after birth. A postpartum doula helps ease the transition into life with a new baby by offering emotional support, evidence-based education, and practical help. This can include newborn care guidance, feeding support (breast or bottle), light household tasks, meal prep, sibling support, and making sure you are resting and recovering. Most importantly, postpartum doulas provide reassurance—answering questions, normalizing your experience, and helping you feel confident, supported, and not alone during this tender season.
Lactation Support
Lactation support is compassionate, judgment-free guidance to help you meet your feeding goals—whether that’s breastfeeding, pumping, combo feeding, or bottle feeding. Lactation support focuses on helping you understand your baby’s cues, improve latch and positioning, address common challenges like pain or low supply, and build confidence in feeding your baby. It’s not about “doing it perfectly,” but about having knowledgeable support, reassurance, and practical tools so feeding feels more manageable, sustainable, and supportive of both you and your baby
